Grants and Benefits :<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  • \n

    Under this scheme, 60% subsidy is provided by the Central Government and 40% subsidy is provided by the State Government as per the guidelines of the Central Government.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    1,20,000\/- and 1,30,000\/- have been decided for very remote, hilly and Naxal affected areas.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    A subsidy of Rs. 1,20,000\/- is provided for the construction of new shelters. In this, the Central Government's share is 60% and the State Government's share is 40%.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Installments at the time of house approval:<\/p>\n

      First week: Rs. 15,000\/-<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    2. \n

      Secand week: Rs. 45,000\/-<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    3. \n

      Third week: Rs. 40,000\/-<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    4. \n

      Fourth week: Rs. 20,000\/-<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n

    5. \n

      The construction of the toilet must also be completed at the time of house construction.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
