Rural local bodies use these grants for other essential purposes as per local needs, except for matters related to staff salaries and establishment.
Bonded/Tied Grants:
The tied grant is used for the following purposes :
Cleaning, maintenance and repair of pollution-free local institutions
Drinking water supply, water conservation/rainwater harvesting and water recycling
