  • The Animal Husbandry Department prepares a plan of the necessary works of the said scheme and submits it to the Construction Department. After physically inspecting the works in the plan, the budgets are submitted for administrative approval as per the availability of funds. After receiving administrative approval, the tender process is completed and the works are completed.
