Grants and Benefits :
Under this scheme, 60% subsidy is provided by the Central Government and 40% subsidy is provided by the State Government as per the guidelines of the Central Government.
1,20,000/- and 1,30,000/- have been decided for very remote, hilly and Naxal affected areas.
A subsidy of Rs. 1,20,000/- is provided for the construction of new shelters. In this, the Central Government's share is 60% and the State Government's share is 40%.
Installments at the time of house approval:
First week: Rs. 15,000/-
Secand week: Rs. 45,000/-
Third week: Rs. 40,000/-
Fourth week: Rs. 20,000/-
The construction of the toilet must also be completed at the time of house construction.
