Area :- This scheme will be implemented online in rural and urban areas in all states and union territories on a voluntary basis.
Beneficiaries :- To develop basic literacy (reading, writing) and numeracy skills among illiterate persons (male and female) aged 15 years and above in the country.
Benefit :- The main objective of this scheme is to achieve 100 percent numeracy among all illiterate youth and adults, men and women, in the country.
