Scheme started :- 3 May 2003 (From the year 2021-22, this scheme is being implemented through the Directorate of Schemes for girls from 9th to 12th standard belonging to religious minority communities).
Area :- Eligible minority girl students studying in 9th to 12th standard in aided/unaided/self-financing schools under government approved management.
Beneficiaries :- Girls from all minority communities studying in 9th to 12th standard.
Benefit :-
- Annually Rs. 5,000/- for girl students of 9th and 10th standard.
- Annually Rs. 6,000/- for female students of 11th and 12th
