Non-teaching employees who joined the Zilla Parishad after 01.11.2005 are covered under Defined Contribution Pension Scheme (DCPS) and from 01.04.2018 all employees covered under DCPS are now covered under National Pension Scheme (NPS). Accordingly, deductions are made under the applicable scheme and the same are transferred to their respective NPS accounts.
